Ayurvedic Consultations

An Ayurvedic consultation involves an in-depth assessment of your health based on your unique constitution (Prakriti) and current imbalances (Vikriti). Through personalized dietary recommendations, lifestyle adjustments, and specific herbal or therapeutic suggestions, an Ayurvedic practitioner helps guide you toward a more harmonious state of well-being. This holistic approach aims to restore internal balance, support natural healing processes, and empower you to maintain long-term health and vitality.

Abhayanga with Swedana therapy

This treatment begins with a warm, full-body Ayurvedic massage emphasizing marma points—energy centers—for improved circulation, relaxation, and balance. It is followed by a therapeutic steam bath (Swedana) to open the pores, encourage deep cleansing, and facilitate the release of toxins from the body’s largest organ, the skin.

Shiro-bhyanga

Focusing on the head, neck, and shoulders, this Ayurvedic head massage uses gentle yet firm movements to soothe tension, improve blood flow, and calm the mind. The technique helps relieve headaches, stress, and mental fatigue while promoting better sleep and overall relaxation.

Pada-bhyanga

A focused foot massage aimed at soothing tired feet, Pada-Bhyanga helps improve circulation, reduce swelling, and stimulate vital energy points. By nurturing the nerve endings and balancing subtle energies, it supports relaxation, better sleep, and overall wellness.

Hasta-bhyanga

This gentle massage targets the hands and forearms, working to release tension, enhance circulation, and calm the nervous system. Ideal for those who experience daily hand strain, it restores comfort, flexibility, and a sense of balance.

Nasya therapy

Nasya involves the application of herbal oils or drops into the nasal passages to help clear the sinuses, support respiratory health, and calm the mind. This therapy is known to enhance mental clarity, ease tension in the head and neck region, and improve overall breathing quality.

Shirodhara

A stream of warm, medicated oil is gently poured over the forehead, bathing the third-eye area in a continuous flow. This deeply relaxing therapy rejuvenates the nervous system, improves mental tranquility, and helps alleviate anxiety, insomnia, and stress-related imbalances.

Basti therapy

Basti involves the gentle introduction of herbal decoctions or oils into the colon, facilitating cleansing and the removal of toxins from the digestive tract. As part of the Panchakarma therapies, it helps restore balance, support gut health, and improve overall vitality.
